Sapphire Silk by Orly

January 24th, 2012 | Posted by Mari in Nail Polish Swatches - (2 Comments)

I knew I had to get Sapphire Silk ever since I saw it’s swatches last spring on other beauty blogs. The polish was released with the Orly Precious collection for Spring 2011.
Teal blue Sapphire Silk is one of mine favorites from those 6 spring shades, and judging by the collection reviews on the web, it’s definitely the biggest compliment thief of the lot.

Here’s another cheap and cheerful nail polish I found at the local store yesterday – Maybelline Colorama 22 in Jelly Bean. It is a pretty almost metallic greenish/blueish shade. This color reminds me of mermaids for some reason :)

Vert Abysses by Yves Rocher

Back in November, when I made a swatch of Yves Rocher’s Mauve Leger, I mentioned that YR nail polish bottle was quite small, just 5.5 ml
Guess what? Today’s nail polish, Vert Abysses by Yves Rocher is in a 3 ml bottle :)) They are getting smaller and smaller each time I buy them 0_o and now I’m concerned about how long this polish will last, as I really like the color. Just look at this little cute thingy!

Another lazy Saturday :) I woke up after midday and haven’t done much yet… We had friends yesterday that we hadn’t seen since April, it was lots of fun and I went to bed only in the morning, that’s why I’m sleeeeepy and not in the mood for anything except for a new polish swatch now and Skyrim after it.

Today I have Rimmel Sky High 805 from 60 Seconds line to share with you. It is an amazing light teal cream that leans slightly blue in daylight and slightly green in artificial lightning.
