Dance Legend Smoky 1101 & 1105

Dance Legend Smoky Peace Pipe

They won’t tell you but Dance Legend created their Smoky II collection for negative space nail art lovers.. at least I think so! Today I’ll try to prove it by showing 3 designs I did with the Smoky polishes :D

Seriously, all 6 colours from the updated Smoky collection are perfect for negative space. They are subdued shades that match nude nails and don’t draw much attention, which is great because nail art is often eye catchy by itself.

I got two DL Smoky II polishes for review, and the first one is 1105 Peace Pipe. It’s a greyish beige colour with copper red shimmer. I accentuated negative space with black lines and a triangle. All hand painted.

The second not-so-boring nude is Dance Legend She Sells Seashells. It’s a super pale shade of white based pink with copper shimmer. You know I love white nails, so this one is a welcome addition to my collection.

Negative space floral accent is done with a large rectangular Born Pretty Store plate BPX-L018, the product’s page is here, currently it’s on sale for only $2.99 with free shipping. Fell free to use my 10% off code MARIX31 for any of BPS full priced items.

Also, I did a free hand geometry nail art with the polish:

For the design shown in the picture above I used 3 Dance Legend polishes: Tank, Liberator, and She Sells Seashells. All the colours, as well as many other polishes can be found in the official Dance legend web store here, and don’t forget to check their Instagram, they often post nail art there :)

Thank you for looking! :)
