I’ve already shared a pic of a Dance Legend nail mail I got this morning. In this post I’m happy to show you the first pair of polishes: a indie like glitter Break the Chain and a nude glitter base.
Some time ago I showed you a black glitter base, and now Dance Legend released the whole line of coloured glitter bases that can suit almost anyone’s taste. There’re blue, red, pink, and even mint peel off bases that can be easily removed with a glitter you apply over it. Sounds great, doesn’t it?
In the pic below L-R we have Dance Legend Break the Chain and Dance Legend Nude glitter base:
I was offered to be sent two color bases of my choice, and I chose a white base (naturally!) and a nude base. I love any kind of white nail polish, and I thought that a nude base will go well with many glitters, including DL Indiestar glitters. Here’s Break the Chain in the bottle:
Dance Legend Break the Chain is a soft pinkish nude based glitter with black holo stars, large silver and gold circles and hexes, and tiny holo speckles. I especially liked the combo of the black stars and nude base, spiced up with holographic glitters. This all gives your nails a soft look with some edgy feeling!
On my nails I have 1 coat of the nude glitter base, 2 coats of DL Break the Chain and a coat of a clear fast drying top. The peel off base made the glitter base color closer to the beige side. Applied by itself the polish has some pink notes to show, but the difference is not very big.
Now let me show you the glitter base in action. Specially for the shoot I removed the glitter from one of my nails. As you can see the nail polish peels easily, with no harm for nails.
To accentuate the black holo stars I wore Break the Chain with a simple black watch with white stars:
And here’re both bottles, watch and my nails all together in one picture :)
These are the first two polishes from the bunch that I got for reviewing this morning. In case you are interested, here’s a pic of all the beauties I received from Dance Legend:
Clearly, this summer I’m all about blue, white and nude shades :) Hoping to show you all of them very soon. More pictures of Dance Legend nail polishes can be found on their Instagram here :)
Thank you for looking! xxx
