Dance Legend Sahara Crystal Metal: Platinum & Antique

I have two textured metal nail polishes for you today, both come from the Sahara Crystal Metal collection by Dance Legend.

The collection was released for Winter 2014 but the polishes still seem to be popular and most importantly, they are available online. Dance Legend sent me 2 colors to review, Platinum and Antique. Let’s start with Antique:

It’s the darkest of 6 polishes of the Crystal Metal collection:

I think the color fits the name. Antique is a bit dusted warm brick brown, the color does remind me of an antique metal. I’d say the polish belongs to dark neutrals and therefore it’s great for everyday wear, especially during cold months.

The pics show Antique in 2 coats with no top coat. The removal process with textured polishes is usually difficult, so I applied Antique over Dance Legend Peel off base. I liked the polish pretty much, the only thing that disappointed me was the bottle, it didn’t survive the trip from Moscow quite well :( Luckily the polish itself is safe, nothing got spilled.

The other textured polish that I got is called Platinum:

Just like Antique, it comes in a 15ml bottle:

Platinum is a light warm metal grey nail polish with lots of iridescent silver and golden pink glitter. The glitter loves to change its colors in different light.

In the pics I have 2 coats of Dance Legend Platinum, applied over a peel off base, and with no top coat.
