I never thought I can be carried away with a clear based blue glitter. Maybe it’s because of its tealish blue color, or of its glitter shape, but I was enjoying Sea Glass for several days, wearing it non stop :) If you follow me on IG you’ve probably already seen my manicures featuring the polish, and if not, I gathered all 3 of them in this post. Here’s the first nail design that I did using Sea Glass:
I applied it over a blue/white base to accentuate the coldness of the shredded blue glitter, and I think I got a perfect winter nail look.
By the way, here’s a bottle shot of the Starrily:
Formula wise, I cannot say anything bad about the polish. I definitely don’t have to go fishing for glitter – one coat is enough to give you lovely blingy nails.
For my second nail art I used Sea Glass for a glitter gradient on the tips of my nails.
I applied the glitter over a black gradient to make the blue more vivid, and for the newspaper look I used water decals over naked nails.
For the 3rd nail design, I used single glitters to decorate a coloured french nail design:
If you liked Sea Glass and if you like colourful glitter polishes in general, you can find plenty of them on Starrily’s official web store here, right now they have a new Valentine’s Day collection there that is worth checking out.
Thank you for reading! :)
I love it! Come to think of it, i dont have many teal glitters at all…. so i see why you love this one!
Same with me, actually I think it’s my very first teal shredded glitter :)
Really nice! I like all the manicures, but my favourite is number 2 :-)
Thank you dear! :)
the middle one is my favorite of the three :D
:) yep, the glitter newspaper nails got more likes on IG than the other two designs :)
