This Starrily screams Halloween! It’s smokey black and copper orange, it looks attractively spooky, and its adorable name reminds me of that horror movie. What else can one want from a Halloween nail polish? :)
The festive beauty in the bottle:
When I first saw Sleepy Hollow I thought it’s a black based nail polish with some golden glitter. However it turned out to be more complicated. The black base is quite sheer, therefore Sleepy Hollow is better to be used as a top over a dark creme. The hex glitter of different sizes is not just plain gold, it’s iridescent shifting from copper to yellow, and to green and blue. Moreover the glitter is semitransparent, and for that reason layering the polish over a white base won’t do.
In the pics I have Starrily Sleepy Hollow (1 coat) applied over Sally Hansen Black Out, a black creme nail polish. Also, I added 2 coats of a clear top to make the nail surface smooth and even.

Falling leaves and dark autumn sky! :)
Шикарно смотрится лак в маникюре! Я влюбилась в эти янтарные брызки глитерра)
Ой как вы его красиво описали! Главное, щедро покрыть его топом, правда, это проблема многих крупных глиттеров :)
