Starrily Poisoned Apple

Poisoned Apple is one of those modest polishes that look boring in the bottle, and only show their true beauty on nails. I wasn’t much impressed by its color until I tried it on a swatch stick, and after I saw its gorgeous shimmering holography I knew which Starrily polish I want to swatch next :)

Starrily Poisoned Apple

I got Poisoned Apple in a tiny .17oz / 5ml bottle. I don’t like mini versions of nail polishes because of tiny brushes they usually have, but Starrily mini brush was ok, I had no issues while painting my nails with it.

Starrily Poisoned Apple mini

It’s a brownish red wine holo nail polish, a bit dusty, and with tiny holo gold specks. The holographic sparkles add flashes of color at different angles even in daylight.

Poisoned Apple has great coverage, it was opaque in 2 easy coats and it dried relatively fast. I added a coat of a gloss topper, but that wasn’t necessary.

Starrily nail polishes can be found on their official web store here. All colors are 5 free and vegan :)
