Blue dotticure for OMD2: Day 18

July 23rd, 2014 | Posted by Mari in Rhinestones & 3D | Stripes & dots

Summer is in full bloom here and I’m spending a lot of time outside, which leaves me not that much time for nail art. However, I still want to catch up with the girls by adding some more manicures to the OMD2 Challenge/Giveaway, and here’s my attempt at dotticure for Day 18.

Blue dotticure

I don’t know why but I rarely do dots, even though I know how fun and cheerful dotticures can be. Today I did white dots on all my nails except accent fingernails where I painted thin stripes and put 3D bows. The combo of dots and bows regularly pops here and there on nail art blogs, so I’m not going to pretend I created anything unique :) but I liked the design anyways!

For the white and blue dotticure I needed:

  • Essie Lapiz of luxury – pure blue creme
  • Essie Blanc – white creme for dots and stripes
  • Light blue and pink 3D bows with rhinestones for accent nails

I hope you liked the dotticure I did for the Challenge :) Thank you for looking!
