Colors by Llarowe Connie, You Saucy Minx

In my previous post I promised to show you a gorgeous purple shimmer that was on my nails that time, so here I am with a few pics of the polish. The beauty is called Connie, You Saucy Minx.

The name sounds a bit strange to me, I wonder who Connie is :) and by the way, Llarowe has one more polish named after the person. Here’s a bottle shot, just look how gorgeous the shimmer is!

Connie, You Saucy Minx comes from the Colors by llarowe collection that was released for Spring 2014. One more bottle shot with the label:

Officially the color is described as a “bright medium purple crelly with intense hot pink shimmer”. The polish does look a bit like jelly, and as such it requires at least 2 medium coats to hide your nail line. In the pics I’m wearing Connie, You Saucy Minx in 3 thin coats. The polish was drying quite fast, so I decided that it wouldn’t hurt to add an extra coat since I was going to swatch it. Like I said, in real life 2 coats is all you need :)
