Shimmer – Nichole

After a little break I’d love to continue with Shimmer Polish swatches. Today’s beauty is Nichole – a festive mix of silver, blue and red glitter of different sizes.

Shimmer Polish Nichole

A lot have already been said about how patriotic this glitter is – the bold combo of red, blue and silver is often seen in flags and emblems. Some of the countries that first come to mind are the US, UK, Russia, Norway, Netherlands, Czech Republic… and I’m sure you can easily continue the list :)

Shimmer Nichole - blue and red glitter

In the pics you can see Shimmer Nichole layered over OPI’s I Vant to Be A-Lone Star, which is a grey/silver shimmer. To play the red glitter up I added a red accent. Four flower-shaped rhinestones accentuate the silver and blue glitters :)

Shimmer Polish Nichole

Like all Shimmer polishes, Nichole is generously packed with glitter, so I needed just 1 thin coat of the polish to get the glitter effect I wanted. Nichole, as well as other Shimmer Polish glitters, is available for $12 via Shimmer Polish Etsy store.
