Ruffians of some kind…

I have no idea how to call the design I did yesterday :) I listed it under the geometry nail art tag, because nothing better came to my mind. Now let me show you the pics:

Ruffians color block nails

The nail art reminds me of ruffian nails, and at the same time of color blocking. I chose pastel spring-y colors and added light blue rhinestones to accentuate the lovely baby blue background, done with one of my favorite blues cremes – IsaDora #624 Baby Blue.

As for the other products I used for the ruffians nail art, here they are:

  • Orly Nail Defense – clear base (in a 18 ml bottle, and I’ll definitely repurchase this base when I finish the current bottle)
  • IsaDora Baby Blue – pastel blue creme
  • OPI Alpine Snow – white creme
  • Lumene #38 First Spring – pastel lilac (you can see its swatches here)
  • Clear top coater
  • Thin nail art brush to outline and correct the borders
  • Light blue rhinestones

Then let it be listed under Geometry :) Baby Blue is a wonderful color, I’m thinking of buying a back up bottle of it.
