Hello :) Just a quick post for today, because I have a bit of catching up to do at work. I’d like to show you a simple nail design that combines purple and black, and it’s with flowers :)
Actually the initial idea didn’t include flowers. I did a color block on the accent nail, where the colors were divided with a silver line. Then I applied a top coat, and while waiting for my nails to dry I slightly bumped my accent nail on the keyboard and smudged the polish. It was hardly visible in rl, but since I was going to take pics of the manicure, I decided to hide it just in case. I did a flower using a dotting tool, and since one flower looked lonely, I added 4 more to make it happy :)
Here’s a close up of my black and purple nails:
For the color block manicure I needed:
- Clear base
- OPI Pamplona Purple – amazing purple creme nail polish
- Rimmel Black Pearl – black shimmer
- Orly Dazzle – for the silver line (divider)
- OPI Done Out In Deco – lilac color used for flowers
- Clear top

Now I wish I had pamplona purple it looks so good on your nails. I like the idea of this manicure I must remember to try something similar
OPI Pamplona Purple is one of my all time favorites :) It’s a gorgeous color, looks great in combos as well as on its own. It’s really worth trying!
